About Courtney

I believe everyone deserves meaningful, connected relationships in their life. Many times it can feel hard, even impossible to connect with others.

Sometimes this is due to previous life experiences that leave you feeling wary and distrusting. Sometimes it might be because you are grieving a person or a series of losses. Or even sometimes, it is because you don’t know what you can ask for or need from others.

I can help with:

  • Trauma and PTSD/CPTSD

  • Reproductive and Maternal Mental Health

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Grief and Loss

  • Relationship Issues

  • Major Life Transitions

I approach therapy as a genuine relationship where together we look at what’s getting in the way today, what relational hurts are lingering from the past and what you want to change as you seek wholeness and health.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. Over the years I have engaged in extensive post-graduate training in the treatment of trauma. I am currently in the final stages of completing my certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

I believe deeply in the wisdom of our bodies and the healing that is possible when we slow down to connect our brains to our bodies.
