Hi, I’m Courtney!

I work with individuals who are feeling stuck in old ways of being, struggling to develop meaningful relationships and/or finding themself triggered by the people and places around them.

I treat a wide range of symptoms with specific specialization in trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, anxiety, depression and grief and loss.

In our work together, we will pay special attention to how your body somatically holds emotion, past experiences as well as beliefs about yourself and the world around you.

Being a person is hard.

You might have hurts, losses or ways of navigating the world that block you from experiencing the wholeness and connection you are seeking. Many times, it can also be a general feeling of unease and distress you carry around leaving you with more questions than answers about yourself and the world. 

Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, get curious and find ways to engage with yourself and others as you move towards wholeness and health.
